Delivery and Return Policy

1. DELIVERY POLICY

  • Order Processing Time: Your orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping Time: Deliveries within Turkey are usually made within 2-5 business days . Shipping time may vary depending on your delivery address and the workload of the shipping company.
  • Shipping Fee: Free shipping option is offered for orders over a certain amount. Free shipping limit and current fees are stated on the payment page.
  • Delivery Areas: Delivery is made throughout Turkey. You can contact us for international shipments.
  • Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/sms with a tracking number. You can track your order online.

Note: Delivery times may be longer during public holidays and busy periods.

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Return Period: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
    • Underwear, swimwear and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
    • Return policy may vary for campaign and discounted products.

  • Return Process:

    1. Send your return request to nyctophilia.wear@gmail.com with your order number.
    2. After receiving approval, send the product to us via our contracted cargo company.
    3. After the product reaches us, it will be checked and your payment will be refunded within 7 business days .

  • Change Process:

    • If you want to change the product, you can follow the return process and place a new order in the same way.

Note: In case of damage caused by cargo, you must have a report kept at the time of delivery.

3. RETURN FEES

  • Defective or incorrect product sent: Shipping costs are covered by us.
  • Arbitrary return (not liking the product, size not suitable, etc.): Shipping costs belong to the customer.
